Job description
The senior commercial manager will be responsible for contract procurement, contract administration and have overall responsibility for controlling project costs. They will also be required to develop and implement project controls procedures.
• Vast experience within the construction industry
• A proven track record operating at a senior quantity surveyor level, leading and managing a team
• Extensive contract and procurement experience
• Ideally RICS qualified with post qualification experience in a consultancy environment
• Financial and commercial awareness
• Knowledge of QES systems and certification
