Commercial Surveyor

Our client is an international management consultancy advising, facilitating and delivering projects in property and commercialization. The company services the sectors of property, hotel, commercialization, retails, infrastructure, aged care, telecommunications, technology and infrastructure. They are in search of a Commercial managers to join the team in India, China, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong office.

Job Duties

Conduct pre and post contract quantity surveying;
Responsible for commercial contract administration;
Responsible for cost control and budgeting;
Handle payment applications and final account.
Experience in budgeting and tendering
Competent in current market prices, rate analysis and estimation
Supervise the quantity surveyors occasionally

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Survey or Project Management;
Several years of experience in quantity surveying in fit-out works;
Familiar with Microsoft Office;
Outstanding communication skills. -Candidate who applies to join the team in China must be speaking fluent in Mandarin.-
A background in networking for one of the above countries (India, Thailand, China and Vietnam) is highly preferred.
Member of professional bodies preferable (AIQS/RICS would be preferred);
Exp. in procurement process, cost control / control and BOQ measurement
