Project Director required by major Civils and Building Engineering company in Ruwais in the UAE.
A project that encompasses the construction of all disciplines such as civil works and building.
Job role:
He will be the top man on the project organization looking after the infrastructure and civils part of the project. This person reports to the area general manager.
His responsibilities include the supervision of execution of all Construction activities on the project including those that will be subcontracted, within schedule and budget. He needs to follow the company procedures, systems, communication lines and levels of authority maintaining good relations with all parties involved i.e. client, main contractor, superiors and subordinates etc.
His responsibility for the execution of the work also includes the implementation of the highest prevailing industrial health, safety and environmental program and standards, as well as quality procedures, within the ISO 9000.
