In 1975, along with Yanbu' al Bahr, Jubail was designated as a new industrial city by the Saudi government, and has seen rapid expansion and industrialization since. The industrial city is a complex of petrochemical plants, an iron works and a number of smaller companies, plus a Royal Saudi Naval Base.

The Role

We have immediate openings for a number of Contracts Administration Specialists to join the company in Jubail.

Accountability:

Handle multiple construction contracts related to the administration of contractors. Support and advise Contract Administration Supervisor, and coordinate on all matters concerning contract administration, claims and cost analysis. Perform an on-going function of monitoring contract documents. Liaise with the Procurement Department to provide construction input for the purpose of producing practical, workable and contractually sound contracts. Assure usefulness and participate in the review of construction procedures and all other departmental project procedures. Prepare, review and check change order packages, analyze contractor claims, subcontractors/suppliers approvals and other related reports. Upon request execute special studies and prepare letters/memos for Contract Admin Supervisor/Manager & Director of Construction. Prepare Contractor Performance evaluations.

Key Technical Skills:

Bachelor degree in technical field, substantial experience in construction and engineering, with experience in Contract Administration including experience in change management and claims. Candidate must have experience of using computer software (MicroSoft Office Suite).
