MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Organization: Sodexo, a French multinational company operating in more than 80 countries around the world with an employee strength of 340,000 multinationals, is currently looking for a Western Maintenance Manager for their operations in Tanzania.
The position is based in one of the remote sites where Sodexo is providing Life support services to the Client.
Your Challenges:
Fully responsible for all the Operation & Maintenance services provided to the client on the site including but not limited to:
•Manage all technical service staffing and provide direction and follow up for lead-persons in facilities, workshops, building grounds and operational maintenance.
•Manage all maintenance, i.e. HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, kitchen and laundry equipment repairs etc., waste management, custodial and special projects / contracts, including scope of work amendments, client meetings participation.
•Active participation in budgetary, estimation and costing of new engineering projects and tenders.
You should have:
•We are looking for a Western educated candidate with the Degree in Electro Mechanical Engineering.
•7-10 years Facilities Maintenance and Electro / mechanical engineering experience
in 5 star class hotel, residential / remote site camps with all modern facilities either in an European country, USA, Australia or in the Middle East/Africa.
