Our client a leading Property Developer within the UAE market who established construction and project management wings to carry out developments to the value of 2 billion Euro. They are looking for Planning Engineers for high rise commercial and residential developments on permanent basis.

Requirements:
Reporting to the Regional Planning Manager, the role will involve:
Developing, monitoring and reporting on logic linked planning programmes throughout all stages of the project planning cycle.
Plan in accordance with Company procedures
Effectively monitor progress and productivity against project plan.
Re-scheduling of the programme where necessary. Report on fully resource loaded programmes

Skills:
Candidates should have strengths in critical path analysis, re-scheduling and data manipulation.
Candidates should also be competent in the following computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel and Project, or equivalent. Primavera P3 or an equivalent planning program

Remuneration:
