Responsabile Commerciale

Working on a high profile golf & leisure project, consisting of pro signature courses, hotels and high end residential property, the Senior Commercial Manager will have single point responsibility for the provision of the commercial management service.

You will also be responsible for managing, leading and developing a team of cost and commercial practitioners ensuring and maintaining high quality levels of service.

Responsibilities will include:
•Developing the overall development procurement and contract strategy in cognisance of all stakeholder requirements
•Taking the lead in providing advice and defending claims from all contracted parties
•Overall project budget/cost control
•Developing and implementing projecting control procedures
•Leading a team of quantity surveyors in the delivery of a high quality service to our Client
•Delivery of best practice quantity surveying methodologies and project control
•Maintaining staff utilisation and resource management
•Periodic reporting to the Project Director in your area of expertise
•Liaising and communicating with others in the project team to ensure all project needs are reflected in the procurement and contract strategy
•Managing the execution of contracts to ensure that they align with the stated strategies and propose change as and when required to ensure the successful delivery of the development
•Management all tendering activity in accordance with client and local industry standards and practice
•Leading the administration of all contracts placed on the contract with support from the commercial management team
•Training and mentoring members of the project team in your area of expertise
•Client development and activity planning
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive experience working as a senior commercial manager on a large, complex international leisure/commercial development, be MRICS qualified (or equivalent) and be familiar with FIDIC, NEC, NEC3 forms of contract
