The UAE's no 1 Developer with over €50 Billion worth of projects on going in the middle east at the moment Require a Vice President Projects to be based in Dubai.
This role is an extremely senior position within a world leading developer and as such only extremely well qualified and experienced candidates will be considered.
Criteria includes:
- Hons Degree qualified in a relevant construction discipline
- 20yrs plus experience working on projects of over €150million Euro in value
- 10 to 15yrs experience at a Project Director or similar Level
- Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience of managing projects abroad
- Projects must include a broad range ie. residential, commercial & retail
- Candidate must work for an internationally recognised company
- Candidate must have experience of managing multinational main contractors
- Experience in the Middle East is an advantage
