Top Project Management Company requires a Project Director to head up a team supervising the build of an iconic development in Dubai. Company in question has an excellent reputation built on the timely delivery of the clients needs and have an all Western senior management team.
Job Profile:
Supervision of
- Luxury Hotel Development
- 1600 Space Parking Garage (BBI)
- Theme Park (BBI)
- Major Infrastructure Services (AFC)
- The candidate will have direct reports from two Senior Project Managers. (Hotel and Theme Park).
- The candidate will have supervision over a team of 15 people.
- The Candidate will be responsible for all deliverables on the project:
a. Programming of all elements.
b. Budget Control.
c. Monitoring of Consultants
d. Monitoring of Operators
- The Candidate should be an excellent communicator and leader.
- The Candidate must be able to manage the Client and his requests.
- The Candidate will be responsible for control over the Main Contractors.
- The Candidate must have in depth knowledge of Fidic Contracts, JCT Contracts or equal approved.
- The Candidate must be committed to the project
This is a very senior position within the company and the remuneration package of up to €150K tax free will reflect this.
