Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

• Serving as the senior site representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance of mechanical works.
• Monitoring the mechanical works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
• Reviewing, approving and processing all mechanical technical submittals.
• Coordinating and supervision of all mechanical activities and operations.
• Actioning requests for information (RFI) that apply to mechanical works. RFI's requiring design feedback will be directed to the designer for response. Review the responses for adequacy.
• Approving the contractor’s as-built drawings and O&M manual submittals.
• Assisting with the final inspection of the work. Review the adequacy and accuracy of punch lists. Monitor final completion of the work.


Qualification: BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.


Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
