As a result of increased demand of my clients services they require the following highly motivated, ambitious, professional team member to work on a variety of building projects, both new build and refurbishment, ranging in value from £500k to £5.0m
My client are a medium size multi-discipline Consultancy with an established and diverse client base in both private and public sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to take full responsibility for our cost management team and develop its current position in the market place.
The successful candidate would have
1. Sound technical knowledge
2. Consultancy background
3. Day to day management experience, a good communicator and team builder
4. A minimum of 3 years Post Qualification (RICS) experience
5. Solid "hands on" practical experience
6. Have good client facing skills
7. Confidence in dealing with Contractors and Clients
8. Experience in managing other Surveyors
9. Ambition to help the Practice grow
