Key Requirements:
Degree in relevant engineering discipline
7 to10 years in depth hands on experience in Facilities Management
FM consultancy experience with a core focus on design review, value engineering & life cycle management
In depth understanding of LEED standards & sustainable practices
Knowledge on relevant local and International engineering standards and codes of practices
Key Responsibilities
Manage the review of design development of new projects, representing FM department
Responsible for coordinating and developing Service Charge Model and Asset Register.
Manage incorporation of the essential FM operational Safety criterions and practices in the design development of the projects
Responsible for the incorporation of the Sustainability Requirements in the design Development of the Project
Identify and strategize staff requirements upon completion of the Project and to manage the facility
