Project Director

Our Client, a major International Contractor seeks a Leader for his UAE Sports Complex Project (Value in excess of 1 Billion AED.)

This professional will lead the complete process on site, reporting to the Board. He will be responsible for the overall delivery of the project. His role will embrace the full scope of a contractor’s site leader. The project will involve complex services and finishings with much of the work being carried out by Subcontractors. Great emphasis will be placed on planning, coordination and teamwork to ensure the Client achieves his opening date.
He will have prior experience in building complex buildings and will be able to bring that experience to bear in interrogating the designs and methods proposed so as to help overcome gaps and clashes in the process. Cost, Time, Quality and Safety will be his drivers as he concentrates on the medium and long term goals.

He will possess the experience to be able to drive through solutions to the day to day problems which present themselves. He must be able to work well with all stakeholders and authorities.
He will have had a minimum of 10 years as a senior project manager as a contractor.
UAE experience would be an advantage but a senior role on big complex buildings is a Must!
