My client is a Joint Venture company created by a large service provider and a large hotel developer. They will provide a full range of Facilities Management services to Resort based hotels, residences and premises and it is their intention to become known as the leader “Resort Facilities Management”. The company will initially operate on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE but it is the intention of all parties that they will be the Facilities Management solution for all of the developers properties worldwide.
They are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Engineer. You will offer Engineering expertise within the company with emphasis on operational mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services within a Facilities Management organisation operating in a Hotels and Resorts environment. You also have experience in training thus allowing you to introduce a training program for all technical staff within the company which will focus on the individual skills of the staff. This will also include staff professional certification and in-house testing.
