Our client is currently one of the most talked about and biggest property developers in the world at present. They are running a number of globally renowned projects and have many more in the pipeline. They are looking for an experienced Claims Specialist to join their team in Dubai and work on some billion dirham, new-build, mixed-use schemes. To have sufficient experience, the candidate is likely to be from a Quantity Surveying background and have considerable claims experience, with particular emphasis on the establishment of claims quantum. The candidate will combine a strong contractual awareness with an analytical perspective and be a competent user of spreadsheet and Word documents.
