My Client is looking to expand their Abu Dhabi team by 3 more Senior QS due to the amount of contracts they have recently been awarded. Ideally, the Senior Quantity Surveyor positions should be degree qualified and possess membership of a relevant professional body. They should have a mainly Buildings background with experience working on large scale projects of £30m
The project is half way between Abu Dhabi and Dubai which means you could live in either location. The whole project consists of Shopping Malls, 2 Marines, an F1 race track, 3 theme parks, mixed use residential and commercial buildings and towers and a number of other projects that have not yet been presented, this is 1 of the largest projects to be commissioned in the Middle East.
The projects estimated value at present is $50 Billion, they think when all in completed will be in the region of $80 Billion! This project will run for a minimum of 17 years.
