They now require a Commercial Manager to provide a central point of contact in the office with respect to all Commercial Risk Management Advice and Guidance to Project and or Bid Managers and overall responsibility for reporting office risk profile to Projects Director.
You will have post qualification experience within the building and/or design industry in a similar role preferable, with minimum 5 years UAE experience preferred. Outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English and be capable of representing the company on commercial issues with the client. You will have a good knowledge of legal matters, and familiar with FIDIC forms of contracts. Ability to relate and interact successfully with a multi-cultural workforce at all levels is essential. Must be able to work both independently with a proactive approach and collaboratively as part of a team. Should be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
