The Specification Writer will be responsible for ensuring quality technical reviews are performed on specification contents and their associated drawings.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

• Performing technical reviews on the content of the specifications and the specifications versus the drawings.

• Understanding the construction industry and possessing intimate knowledge of the latest industry materials and their uses.

• Ability to view projects in their entirety and converse with contractors, consultants and regulatory authorities at all levels.

• Possessing exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.


Qualification: B.Arch Degree in Architecture . Membership of a professional Architectural Association such as RIBA and AIA is preferred. Previous experience gained within a Consultancy environment would be beneficial.

Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
