Contract Administrator/Quantity Surveyor - Qatar

The types of projects executed and in progress include residential and commercial buildings, hospitals, universities, stadiums, hotels, shopping centres, road works and bridges, heavy infrastructure works, utilities projects, electro-mechanical installations, civil and military airport facilities, civil works related to oil & gas and petrochemical projects.
They are looking for a contract administrator/ QS
Degree holder with minimum 5 years experience as Quantity Surveyor, out of which 3+ years as Contract Administrator/Senior Quantity Surveyor. Main tasks are developing, implementing, monitoring cost control mechanism for the contracts including financial statements, document control procedures, reviewing and verifying all contract documentation, preparing responses to contractual correspondences received from client and third parties. Well versed with required computer packages + Primavera will be an added advantage.
