Successful candidates for these contract roles should be able to demonstrate experience and aptitude in some if not all of the following areas:
• problem solving,
• analysing contractual rights and obligations,
• preparing reports and schedules for use in dispute resolution forums,
• letter and report writing;
• preparing contractual claims, and
• Actively managing problem situations with a view to avoiding formal disputes.
These positions would suit candidates from all backgrounds within the construction industry. Our clients work in building, civil engineering, M&E installations, rail and process engineering and most other sectors within and related to the construction industry.
The nature of our work does not always demand a specialist in any particular industry sector as the ability to analyse issues and develop solutions is more important.
