Commercial Manager

A leading Real Estate and Project Development company with projects and offices in the Middle East is seeking for a high qualified Commercial Manager based in Kuwait.

Bachelore in Civil Engineer / Architect with minimum 12 years of experience.

Job Profile:

The commercial manager will prepare financial plans for the business and each project under the management of the company.

Able to manage overall and accountable responsibilities for the commercial outcomes of operation of the company.

Should take care of Corporate Related functions such as forecast, monitor and report on annual basis the company budget and performance.

Should take care of Projects Related Functions such as Establish, maintain and manage procedures for commercial management of the business. Implement and Administration of contracts.

The position will require regular meetings with Senior Vice Presidents, Regional Manager, project Directors, Quantity Surveying, estimating teams, accounting department, Interface with financial advisors and other lending institutions, insurance advisors and providers professional agencies and contractors on a variety of commercial related matters. Undertake monthly, quarterly and annual presentations.
