My client, a market leader for construction in the Gulf Region is looking to recruit Planning Managers for large scale infrastructural projects in both Dubai & Abu Dhabi.

They are looking for candidates from the Irish market with experience on large civils projects.

The successful candidates shlould be degree qualified and have 10-15 years experience in the industry & 6-8 years experience at management level.

Duties will include:

- Managing a team of 10-15 Planners/Senior Planners
- Creating and submitting tenders to acquire new business
- Completion of monthly reporting dashboard and preparation of documentation required for Formal Management Meeting to tight time lines and changing requirements to reflect the requirements of the programme.
- Production of financial reporting information for both project and corporate budgets, production of the budget tracking documentation ('Blue Sheet'), generation of variance analysis and submission of accruals data.
- Contract Management.
