One of our clients a leading Kuwait based Construction Company with projects and offices in Kuwait,

This position requires knowledge of marketing and market research for potential Engineering projects (Infrastructure roads, utilities, sewage treatment as well as Building), identify potential Clients, and follow up on potential project requirement. Good communication skills and a pleasant personality are key elements to establish good rapport with Clients. Technical and Managerial skills should be sufficient to provide ‘basic’ support, identify design sequences time frame, anticipate potential issues, communicate effectively at all levels and have the experience and confidence to speak for the firm in dealing with the client and where required, to direct and expedite the work.

Requirements
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Bachelor degree in Project Management or an advanced degree in Project Management or MBA. Minimum of ten (10) years experience in design and/or design management, including a minimum of 3 years experience in Project Design Management in the GCC. Must possess excellent communication skills and pleasing personality. A working knowledge of project management software is highly desired.
