We currently seek a high calibre Materials Engineer to join our client's team of experienced professionals on a lonf term project assignment. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will be working for one of the world’s leading engineering, procurement and construction companies to the Oil, Gas & Infrastructure sector.

You will have knowledge and/or experience of the following:
• Reviewing project requirements and standards for material selection
• Producing material selection reports and diagrams
• Follow up on materials orders
• Selection of cost effective suppliers

You must have experience of:
• Working for an EPC company, preferably in the Middle East
• Working on infrastructure and buildings projects - including purchasing of building materials such as but not limited to: windows, lifts, interiors, etc.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Package includes:
• Single status (can bring family at own expense)
• Base salary: AED
• Free shared housing + food allowance or Housing & food allowance of 40%
• 30 days paid leave per year
• Further benefits as per UAE law
• Work week: 48 hours, alternate Saturday off
