The Project Architect is part of the core team responsible for ensuring Contractor’s compliance with the design for all Architectural aspects relating to the bid packages on the project. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

• At least ten years progressive experience, gained predominately in a building services role.
• Reviewing, approving and processing all Architectural technical submittals.
• Proficient in QA/QC issues related to the Architectural design in order to ensure a quality end product in conformance with the Contract Documents
• Coordinating and supervising the work of all architectural activities and operations.
• Reviewing contractor’s architectural change order proposals and preparing recommendations to Resident Engineer and or client for review.
• Reviewing contractors claims related to Architectural works and preparing recommendations for claims approval or rejection.
• Assisting with the final inspection of the work.


Qualification: BA in Architecture is required. MA in Architecture would be preferred.
Required to possess excellent communication and time management skills.
Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
