The largest privately held real estate developer in the world is seeking very good Technical Facilities Managers.

Key Requirements:
Degree in relevant engineering discipline
Min of 10 years FM experience
In depth experience in implementing & managing CAFM/EAM Systems
Sound knowledge of PPM planning and lean maintenance techniques

Key Responsibilities:
Provision of strategic and technical support in establishing the strategic plan for implementation & ongoing operation of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System
and implement a framework to foster continuous improvement in service delivery with a core focus on improving productivity, reducing costs & increasing customer satisfaction
Develop & implement standard maintenance job plans across all NAM projects in line with best practice in the industry
Develop & implement an effective change management program for EAM processes ensuring end user buy-in to improve business productivity
