Key Duties:

· Participate in contract administration.
· Review/approve contractor's work programs submissions.
· Advise and assist the contractor in the development of the work programs.
· Record and report the actual progress of the work versus the planned work.
· Ability to generate critical milestones for the construction stage for inclusion in tender documents through detailed discussions with the Design Manager, Design Team, evaluation of interfaces between buildings/infrastructure etc
· Technical tender evaluations
· Consolidation and presentation of Consultants weekly reports
· Produce cash flows in P3 and be able to work with both office and site based Cost Managers
· Major co-ordination between primary infrastructure and building construction


Requirements:

· Degree in Engineering from an accredited University
· Minimum 10 years demonstrable experience in planning and project administration with particular emphasis on the project subject
· Must have ability to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records and generate reports.
· Experience of Primavera P3 / P5 and MS Project software.
· Experience with prestigious commercial and residential projects
