Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

Accomplished Urban Designer with 10 or more years of experience on major urban design and planning assignments coupled with marketing prowess to lead urban design and business development initiatives for KEO’s Design & Planning Division.

The Senior Urban Planner will join an integrated practice with a strong presence throughout the Gulf Region. Must enjoy working in an exciting and diverse environment, think creatively, and juggle concurrent projects. Strong graphics, written and oral communication, mentoring, and teamwork skills are required.


Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture with postgraduate degree in Urban Planning or related field
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
• Must have excellent presentation and good communication skills for interaction with clients and project staff
• Fluent in English
• Multi-discipline experience is a plus
• Gulf Region experience is a plus
