Project Managers with:

* Mechanical / Electrical background, or a
* Structural Engineering background, or a
* Facility Management (HOSPITALS) background, or a
* Civil Engineering (roads, bridges, rail) background, or
* with Teaching experience

We require a number of Senior Project Managers with the above experiences to manage the construction or maintenance of various hospital and school projects.

One site involves the redevelopment of a Teaching Hospital/College of Medicine including 4 new buildings. We have already rehabilitated over 15 buildings for which we are providing facilities management.

You should be Western educated with a relevant degree; with practical hands-on experience and be interested in field work (structural, civil, building background).

Ideally you should have extensive experience of working abroad, with African experience a distinct advantage.

We also require a Project Manager with extensive experience of Rail and Bridges.

The ex-pat package will include salary in Sterling or Dollars - TAX FREE - with a local allowance in Naira, plus:

* family accommodation,

* yearly leave of 4 weeks with paid return ticket.
